Dear Valued Clients,
Thank you for trusting Brow Catching with your beauty needs. As I work to grow my small business and provide the best possible services, I’m introducing an updated booking policy to ensure a smoother process for everyone.
Moving forward, all appointments will need to be booked online. This helps me better manage my schedule and reduces the financial impact of last-minute cancellations or no-shows. If you have previously booked an appointment; I will be sending a paylink to pay the deposit to confirm the appointment. As a small business owner, every appointment is vital, and your support allows me to continue growing and offering services like flawless brows, body contouring, and teeth whitening.
Please give at least 3 days notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Together, we can keep building something beautiful!
