At Brow Catching, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations Made 48 Hours in Advance: No cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate your timely notice.

Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours in Advance: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied. This fee helps cover the time and preparation our team has invested in your appointment.

No-Shows: Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without any notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service, and a rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost may apply.
