• Cancellations Made 48 Hours in Advance: No cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate your timely notice.

• Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours in Advance: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied. This fee helps cover the time and preparation our team has invested in your appointment.

• No-Shows: Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without any notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service, and a rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost may apply.
