Welcome to Brow Catching's Policy section. We strive to provide our clients with the best experience possible. Please read carefully through our policies, so you know what to expect when booking our services. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
 
At Brow Catching, we value our clients' time and understand the importance of punctuality. That's why we have a grace period of 15 minutes for all appointments.

Please note that we do not provide services to clients on their menstrual cycle.


ALL services require a deposit.  If no deposit is made; the appointment will not be confirmed. If you are using AfterPay, Klarna, Sezzle or Affirm, please pay for your services in full during booking.

Your CC information will be required to book an appointment. I will not have visibility to cc information; however, if you do not call within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule; the card will be automatically charged. If you book your appointment with me; you will be sent a link to pay your deposit.  If no payment is made; your appointment is not confirmed.

We do not allow children in our spa facilities.

We allow only one reschedule for each booking, and for no-call-no-show, or late cancellations; there is a $75 fee, which will be charged if you do not arrive within the grace period.
